I resent being asked for my credit card to solve a customer service issue. I had a breeders account 15 years ago.
RC told me to re apply because they couldnt find my acvount, I did, and RC responded that I already have an account and I needto talk with customer service.
Im not giving five bucks and my credit card to pissedcustomet. I wasnt mad until pissed customer asked for my credit card.

Haven’t heard anything from Royal Canine.
First scoop from the bag, there was a small roach stuck to a piece of kibble.
I have never seen anything like this before in my life!!!
This is very disappointing and frightening as my pup has an autoimmune disease and the last thing I want to feed him is tainted or poisoned dog food!
As I am reading other customer reviews on here, I am physically sickened to see that I am not the only one who has found bugs in their bags of Royal Canin dog food.
This is a serious and potentially deadly problem that Royal Canin needs to correct.
I would like to be put in contact with a quality control manager who can explain how this nuance keeps happening and what can be done going forward to prevent this from reoccurring.
Royal Canin obviously needs to make this right, thus I would like a refund of $135 for the 25 pound bag of tainted dog food.
I would also like to receive 5 complimentary 25 lb. bags of the Hydrolyzed Protein dog food as compensation for my time and frustration of having to write to you about this unfortunate and unsanitary condition.
I look forward to hearing from Royal Canin soon.

I have a 2 year old French Bulldog and a 12 year old pit Bull that are both on Royal Canin dog food. About 2 months ago my daughter noticed that the large breed senior dog food had a white substance in the middle of the food.
We didnt think much of it until we were on the next bag that my husband opened and it scooped out a portion for the dog and the white spots were much more prominent and the brand new bag literally had bugs crawling out of the food. The white spots were eggs. He took the bag back to the store to get a new one and had them open it there and that bag also had bugs! We have a video of the bugs and the employee at the store said that those bugs are not a bug from Arizona (where we live).
Over the last 5 years we have spent thousands purchasing Royal Canin food and this is a huge problem. Id like to know whom I need to speak with and what is going to be done about this.

Worms in royal food. I didn't see it from past 2 days, on 2nd june morning my puppy had motions so I was worried and my brother said only give some curd are ORS water until it stops..
In evng my puppy was feeling hungry so I want to give a little food. on that time I saw this worms I took a 1 cub of food in tht cup it has 3 worms.. I got scared and contacted to pet shop. He said once contact to customer service take some viedo.
So I took a video in tht video only one worm u can see bcz all worms under food I don't wants to move it beause worms moving very fast i'm little scared. I am requesting so please take this package and replace me another packet are give me refund..
Actually I can directly give to pet shop but main issue is I brought this in vizag on next day I moved out to machilipatanam so thr is no option to give him back thats the reason pet shop man said to contact customer support.

More gravy than food
